Launchpad is an AI-powered job search tool that helps you prepare tailored application materials, analyze interview transcripts, track your pipeline, and improve your interview performance over time. It uses AI to process your data and give you actionable coaching -- it does not apply to jobs on your behalf or guarantee outcomes.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email -- no password required. Each person should have one account. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. Do not share your login links with others.
Launchpad costs $29/month. New accounts start with a 3-day free trial -- no credit card required to start.
Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Launchpad sends your data (resumes, job descriptions, interview transcripts, profile information) to AI providers for processing. Currently, we use:
Your data is sent to these providers only to generate responses for you. It is not used to train AI models. Both Anthropic and Groq have committed to not training on API inputs. You choose which provider to use, and you can switch at any time.
Your data is yours. You own everything you put into Launchpad -- resumes, transcripts, stories, notes, all of it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to keep Launchpad available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
Launchpad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all materials before using them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchpad's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of Launchpad after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
